Section 9.363 - Monitoring of Contractor Compliance

The department will monitor contractor compliance by:
(1) reviewing periodic HUB Subcontracting Plan Prime Contractor Progress Assessment Reports; and
(2) making on-site visits to the project as applicable and the offices of a contractor or subcontractor as needed to verify compliance.
