Section 9.355 - Contract Goals

(a) The department will assign individual contract goals for HUB participation contracts as necessary to meet the overall annual HUB goals.
(b) Contract goals will be based on the availability of qualified HUBs, work site location, dollar value of the contract, and type of work items specified in the contract.
(c) If the department has not assigned an individual contract goal for a contract but the department has identified that HUB subcontracting opportunities exist, the department may require a HUB plan under § 9.356(a) of this subchapter (relating to HUB Plan).
