Section 9.313 - SBE Directory

(a) The department will maintain and make available to interested persons a directory identifying all firms eligible to participate as SBEs on department contracts.
(b) The SBE directory lists, at a minimum for each firm:
(1) the firm's address;
(2) the firm's e-mail address, if any;
(3) the firm's phone number; and
(4) the types of work the firm has been certified to perform as an SBE.
(c) The department will update the SBE directory quarterly or more frequently if needed.
