Section 9.224 - Reduction on Use of Contract Goals

If the department obtains, through the use of contract goals, DBE participation that exceeds the overall goal in two consecutive years, the department in the following year will reduce the use of contract goals by the percentage that the overall goals were exceeded during that two-year period.
