In accordance with Transportation Code, Chapter 202, Subchapter B, this subchapter sets forth the Texas Transportation Commission's policy and procedures for sale of real property by sealed bid, proof of ownership, and service fees relating to disposal of real property that was acquired for a highway purpose and is no longer needed for that purpose.
