Section 730.1105 - Administrative Review of Fair Hearing Decisions

(a) The hearing officer's decision is the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services' (PRS') final administrative decision. PRS is, however, aware of the need to monitor hearing decisions for procedural and programmatic accuracy and provides a process for administrative review of decisions that are challenged by appellants.

(b) Request for administrative review must be postmarked within 30 days of date of the decision and should be addressed to the appropriate regional attorney.
