Section 702.847 - How does the Office of Consumer Affairs Review work?

The Office of Consumer Affairs reviews:

(1) the program case record;

(2) the Administrative Review of Investigation Findings documents; and

(3) additional information that was available during the original investigation and either was considered or should have been considered by staff performing the investigation. Only in extraordinary circumstances, at the discretion of the Office of Consumer Affairs director, will new information be considered in the Office of Consumer Affairs Review.
