Section 700.1602 - Whom is the PAL Program designed to serve?

(a) The PAL Program is designed to serve the following young people:
(1) those who are at
least 16 years old and likely to remain in foster care until at least age 18;
and
(2) those who are younger than
21 years old and who left foster care when they were at least age 18.
(b) With funding availability, appropriate services may also be extended to individuals as young as 14 years old who are likely to remain in foster care until at least age 18.
