Section 355.334 - Secure Storage Areas

(a) Cleaning Supplies. Cleaning supplies and equipment shall be stored in a locked area and not accessible to residents.
(b) Restraint Devices. There shall be a location for secure storage of restraining devices and related security equipment. This equipment shall be readily accessible to authorized persons.
(c) Personal Property. The facility shall maintain written policies and procedures that addresses the process for secure storage of any personal property as needed.
