Section 1.368 - Duty to Negotiate

(a) The parties shall negotiate in accordance with the timetable that is described in § 1.369 of this title (relating to Timetable) in attempt to resolve all claims and counterclaims.
(b) No party is obligated to settle with the other party as a result of the negotiation.
