Section 26.4 - Coastal Coordination Advisory Committee

(a) The Coastal Coordination Advisory Committee (committee) advises the commissioner on matters related to the CMP. The committee shall:

(d) To assist the commissioner and the committee, the CMP coordinator shall:

(f) In the event that a proposed action subject to consistency with the CMP goals and policies presents a significant unresolved consistency dispute, the committee may refer the matter to the commissioner for review pursuant to Chapter 29 (Procedures for State Consistency with Coastal Management Program Goals and Policies) or Chapter 30 (Procedures for Federal Consistency with Coastal Management Program Goals and Policies) of this title.
(g) Chapter 2110, Government Code, does not apply to the size, composition, or duration of the committee.
