Subchapter A - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 20.4 - Severability
Universal Citation: 31 TX Admin Code ยง 20.4
Current through Reg. 49, No. 38; September 20, 2024
If any section or provision of this chapter or the application of that section or provision to any person, situation, or circumstance is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction for any reason, such adjudication shall not affect any other section or provision of this chapter or the application of the adjudicated section or provision to any other person, situation, or circumstance. The commissioner of the Texas General Land Office declares that he would have adopted the valid portions and applications of this chapter without the invalid part, and to this end the provisions of this chapter are declared to be severable.
