Section 2.27 - Emergency Order

If the commissioner finds that an imminent peril to public health, safety, or welfare requires immediate effect of an order, such finding shall be stated in the order. The commissioner shall also state that such order is final and effective from and after the date signed. Such an order shall be final and appealable from and after the date signed and no motion for rehearing shall be required as a prerequisite for appeal.
