Section 352.1301 - Recordkeeping Requirements

(a) The commission adopts by reference 40 Code of Federal Regulations §257.105 (Recordkeeping requirements) as amended through the April 17, 2015, issue of the Federal Register (80 FR 21301), subject to the modification in this section.
(b) The owner or operator shall retain records of groundwater monitoring and associated groundwater surface elevations for the active life and the post-closure care period of the coal combustion residuals unit.
