Section 351.101 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in these sections, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

(1) District--The Orange County Water Control and Improvement District 1.

(2) Vidor Metropolitan Area--That area which encompasses an approximately 26 square-mile area in northwest Orange County and includes the cities of Pine Forest, Rose City, and Vidor and development and semideveloped areas adjacent thereto.
