The following words and terms, when used in these §§ 351.31-351.35 of this title (relating to East Fork Trinity River), shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) District--The North Texas Municipal Water District.
(2) Regional area--The watershed area of the East Fork of the Trinity River that lies in Dallas, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Collin Counties.
