Section 344.41 - Seal Design

(a) The required seal must be:
(1) circular; and
(2) not less than 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
(b) The required seal must display:
(1) the words "State of Texas" at the top between the knurled circles;
(2) the words "Licensed Irrigator" at the bottom; and
(3) the irrigator's name and license number, excluding leading zeros, horizontally in the circular field.
