(1) One curie (Ci) = 3.7 x 1010 disintegrations or transformations/second (dps or tps) = 3.7 x 1010 becquerel (Bq) = 2.22 x 1012 disintegrations or transformations/minute (dpm or tpm). Commonly used submultiples of the curie are as follows. One millicurie (mCi) = 1 x 10-3 Ci = 3.7 x 107 dps. One microcurie (microCi) = 1 x 10-6 Ci = 3.7 x 104 dps.
