Subchapter T - PERMITTING STANDARDS FOR OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL NONHAZARDOUS WASTE LANDFILL FACILITIES
Section 335.593 - Closure and Post-Closure Care Requirements

The owner or operator of a facility subject to this subchapter shall close the facility or any part of it in accordance with the requirements of § 335.8 of this title (relating to Closure and Remediation). In addition to these requirements, the owner or operator shall meet the requirements for closure and post-closure of municipal solid waste facilities in § 330.457 of this title (relating to Closure Requirements for Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Units that Receive Waste on or after October 9, 1993).
