Section 30.319 - Exemptions

(a) A license is not required for:
(1) an on-site supervisor who installs,
repairs, or removes underground storage tank (UST) systems when such systems
are completely exempt from regulation under §
334.3(a) of this
title (relating to Exemptions for Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) and UST
Systems) or completely excluded from regulation under §
334.4(a) of this
title (relating to Exclusions for Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) and UST
Systems); or
(2) an individual who
assists with the installation, repair, or removal of UST systems and is under
the direct, on-site supervision of a licensed on-site supervisor.
(b) A registration is not required for a person that installs, repairs, or removes UST systems that are completely exempt from regulation under § 334.3(a) of this title, or completely excluded from regulation under § 334.4(a) of this title.
