In addition to the general requirements for permit applications, an applicant for a temporary permit shall specify the period of time that water is proposed to be diverted. The application shall be accompanied by a vicinity map at least 81/2 by 11 inches with sufficient information to enable the executive director to locate on the ground the diversion site and return water discharge points.
