Section 217.69 - Maintenance, Inspection, and Rehabilitation of the Collection System

(a) The owner of a collection system shall develop a maintenance and inspection program for its collection system with the assistance of an engineer and licensed operators. The owner is responsible for ensuring that the maintenance and inspection program includes all the information pertaining to inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation of the collection system necessary to ensure efficient, safe, and environmentally compliant operation. The owner is also responsible for ensuring that all records pertaining to maintenance, inspection, and rehabilitation activities are maintained by the licensed collection system operators. The inspection program must include, at a minimum:

(c) The owner must maintain records of all activities related to collection system inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and rehabilitation. The records must be made available to the executive director upon request according to the requirements of § 217.18 of this title (relating to Provisions that Apply to All Sections in this Chapter).
