This division (relating to Dallas-Fort Worth Eight-Hour Ozone Nonattainment Area Minor Sources) applies in the Dallas-Fort Worth eight-hour ozone nonattainment area to stationary, reciprocating internal combustion engines at any stationary source of nitrogen oxides (NOX) that is not a major source of NOX.
