This division (relating to Houston-Galveston-Brazoria Ozone Nonattainment Area Minor Sources) applies in the Houston-Galveston-Brazoria ozone nonattainment area to the following equipment at any stationary source of nitrogen oxides (NOX) that is not a major source of NO X:
(1) boilers and process heaters;
(2) stationary, reciprocating internal combustion engines; and
(3) stationary gas turbines, including duct burners.
