Section 112.304 - Testing Requirements

(a) Within 60 days of installation of a continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS), the owner or operator shall conduct a performance test to determine the current emission rate from the lightweight aggregate kiln to be used in calibrating the CEMS.

(b) The owner or operator shall conduct additional performance testing, if requested by the executive director. All performance tests must be conducted using test methods allowed in § 112.305 of this title (relating to Approved Test Methods).
