Section 112.47 - Compliance Schedules

All facilities affected by § 112.41(b) of this title (relating to Emissions Limits) shall be in compliance by July 31, 1990. Sulfuric acid plants not subject to 40 Code of Federal Regulations 60, Subpart H, shall submit by December 31, 1989, a demonstration of compliance or a compliance plan and schedule for achieving compliance, including legally enforceable increments of progress toward compliance as described at 40 Code of Federal Regulations 60.21(h).
