(a) The definitions in § 5.9310 of this title (relating to Property and Casualty Transmittal Information and General Filing Requirements) apply to this division. Words and terms not defined in this division may be defined in Insurance Code Chapter 559 and will have the same meaning when used in this division.
(b) Credit scoring model--The algorithm, computer application, model, or other process that is based on credit information used to derive a credit score or insurance score.
