Insurers regulated under the Insurance Code, Chapters 17-19, and subject to the Insurance Code, Articles 5.35 and 5.36, shall report in accordance with the current Texas property statistical plan for residential and commercial risks. The time and manner of reporting is as set forth in the statistical plan, which plan is adopted herein by reference. Copies of the statistical plan may be obtained by contacting the Staff Actuary, Property and Casualty Actuarial Division, State Board of Insurance, 1110 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701-1998, or by contacting the Texas Insurance Advisory Association, P.O. Box 15, Austin, Texas 78782.
