Section 3.3821 - Limits on Group Long-Term Care Insurance

No group long-term care insurance coverage may be offered to a resident of this state under a group policy issued in another state to a group described in the Insurance Code § 1251.056 and § 1131.064, unless the Texas Department of Insurance has made a determination that the group long-term care insurance requirements adopted by the State of Texas have been met, and the certificate for group long-term insurance coverage has been properly filed and approved by the department.
