Section 3.902 - Applicability

This subchapter applies to all individual life policies which do not provide nonforfeiture benefits issued to Texas residents by insurers licensed in this state, including stipulated premium companies and fraternal benefit societies, which lapse due to the mental incapacity of the insured, and which qualify for reinstatement under the eligibility requirements set forth in § 3.905 of this title (relating to Eligibility Requirements).
