Section 3.128 - Renewal Premium on Term Policies

Renewable term policies may specify rates for renewal terms in dollars and cents, by reference to rates in use by the company on the original issue date or by reference to the rates in use by the company on the renewal date. If such rates are specified by reference to the rates in effect on the date of issue, such rates shall be submitted with the policy.
