No licensee shall advertise that loans will be made at any place other than that named in its license. Each such advertisement shall state or clearly indicate the identity of the licensee in such a manner as to prevent confusion with the name of any unrelated licensee. A licensee shall not use any loan advertisement which gives only telephone numbers or addresses.
