Section 25.8 - Notice by Insurance Companies of Additional or Return Premium Charge

If an insurance company receives notice of a financed insurance premium, the insurer shall notify the insurance premium finance company whenever it notifies the insured or insurance agent of an additional or return premium arising under the financed policy. This section shall not apply to policies written pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Automobile Insurance Plan Association.
