Section 19.1306 - Qualifications for Risk Manager's License

To qualify for a license under the Insurance Code, Article 21.14-1, a person must:

(1) be at least 18 years of age;

(2) maintain a place of business in this state;

(3) be a trustworthy and competent person;

(4) meet the application requirements required by the Insurance Code, Article 21.14-1, and the rules of the board;

(5) take and pass the licensing examination; and

(6) pay the licensing and examination fees.
