Section 1.206 - Post Rule Adoption Procedures by the Office of the Chief Clerk

The Office of the Chief Clerk shall provide by first class mail to the petitioning party a copy of the written order on any rule resulting from a petition to initiate rule making proceedings. A copy of such order shall also be provided to any party who requested a hearing on the rule.
