Section 900.101 - Clinical Services to Individuals Residing in the Community

(a) As funding allows, a state supported living center (SSLC) may provide the following services to a Medicaid recipient who is not a resident of an SSLC:

(1) physical therapy;

(2) occupational therapy;

(3) speech and language therapy;

(4) dental services;

(5) primary care provider services;

(6) psychiatry services;

(7) behavioral health services;

(8) adaptive aids; and

(9) durable medical equipment.

(b) Services are billed according to the appropriate Medicaid fee schedule or negotiated rate with a managed care organization.
