Section 749.2481 - What type of certificate must a foster home have in order to prove verification?

(a) You must give the home a verification certificate after:
(1) Verifying the home; and
(2) Making any change that affects the
verification certificate.
(b) The home must post the current verification certificate or have it immediately available upon request.
