Section 749.2475 - To whom must I release information regarding a family on which I previously conducted a foster home screening, pre-adoptive home screening, or post placement adoptive report?

(a) If background information is requested by a child-placing agency conducting a foster home screening, pre-adoptive home screening, or post placement adoptive report, then you must release background information regarding the current or previous foster home.
(b) Background information must also be released to independent contractors who are hired or required by the court to conduct a social study under Chapter 107 of the Texas Family Code.
(c) For the purposes of this section, background information includes:
