Section 749.577 - What information must an active child record include?

For each child, the active record must include:

(1) The child's full name and another method of identifying the child, such as a client number; and

(2) Documentation of known allergies and chronic conditions on the exterior of the child's record or in another place where the information is clearly visible to persons with access to the record, including a notation of "no known allergies" when applicable.
