Section 749.535 - How current must a record be?

(a) All documentation must be in the record:
(1) No
later than 30 days after the occurrence or event;
(2) As otherwise specified in this
chapter.
(b) Foster parents must submit copies of any records they keep. They must submit them within 15 days from the end of the month. You must file these records in the child's record.
