Section 749.125 - What policies must I develop for foster parents who offer a transitional living program?

(1) Criteria used to select participants for the program;

(2) Supervision of participants consistent with § 749.2597 of Title 40 (relating to Where must the caregivers reside in order to supervise children who are in a transitional living program?);

(3) Expected behaviors of participants and consequences for failure to comply;

(4) Training, education, and experiences to be achieved in the program; and

(5) Roles of participants, agency employees, contract staff, and caregivers.
