Section 747.5107 - How often must I inspect and service fire extinguishers?

(a) You must:

(1) Inspect all fire extinguishers monthly;

(2) Record the date of the inspection; and

(3) Keep this record at your child-care home.

(b) You must service fire extinguishers as needed and required by the manufacturer's instructions, or as required by the state or local fire marshal.
