Section 747.1145 - Will the Child-Care Director's Certificate expire?

The Licensing Child-Care Director's Certificate will have an expiration date if you qualified under paragraph (8), options (D) or (F) in § 747.1107 of Title 40 (relating to What qualifications must I meet to be the primary caregiver of a licensed child-care home?). Otherwise, the certificate will not expire.
