Section 747.1137 - Does education received outside of the United States substitute for primary caregiver qualifications?

Yes, but you must provide supporting information, such as a copy of the diploma, transcript, or letter from the school to indicate that the education is equivalent to a program in the United States. Documentation written in a foreign language must be translated into English.
