Section 747.903 - Must I keep records for my household members who are counted in the child/caregiver ratio?

Yes. You must keep the same personnel records specified in § 747.901 of Title 40 (relating to What information must I maintain in my personnel records?) for all household members who are used as assistant or substitute caregivers as defined in Subchapter D, Division 3 of this chapter (relating to Assistant and Substitute Caregivers), whether they are paid or unpaid.
