Section 746.5013 - What are the safety requirements for wading pools?

(a) Wading pools at your child-care center must be:
(1) Stored out of children's reach
when not in use;
(2) Drained at
least daily and sanitized; and
(3)
Stored so they do not hold water.
(b) You must comply with the safety precautions specified in § 746.5001 of this subchapter (relating to What safety precautions must I follow when a child in my care uses a swimming pool?) when using wading pools away from your child-care center.
