Section 746.2101 - Must I have additional caregivers for wading activities?

(a) The maximum number of children one caregiver can supervise while children use a wading pool is based on the age of the youngest child in the group and is specified in the following chart:

(b) When children are using a wading pool while mixing with children and adults who are not from your child-care center, you must follow the child/caregiver ratios for field trips as specified in § 746.1801 of this subchapter (relating to Do I need additional caregivers when I take children away from the child-care center for field trips or walks?).
