Section 745.8851 - Who may appeal the final decision after a due process hearing?

After the administrative law judge appointed by the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) issues the final decision after a due process hearing, either party may file an appeal in district court by following the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2001, Administrative Procedures Act, including filing a timely motion for rehearing with SOAH.
