Section 743.107 - What personnel records are required?

For primary caregivers, caregivers, and supplemental caregivers, you must have a record at the operation that includes at least:

(1) Proof that the person meets the age and education requirements in §743.101 of Title 40 (relating to What are the minimum qualifications?);

(2) Proof of required background check(s); and

(3) Documentation that training requirements have been met.
