Section 554.1907 - Medical Director

(a) The nursing facility must designate a physician to serve as medical director.
(b) The medical director is responsible for:
(1) implementation of resident care policies
(see § 554.1922 of Title 40 (relating to Resident Care Policies));
and
(2) the coordination of medical
care in the facility.
